About Daniella Battaglini:

Growing up in York Region, Daniella was exposed to all aspects of the housing industry from a very young age; from land assembly, subdivision development, new construction, you name it! Needless to say, her parents were go-getters. At age 9, Daniella was contributing design input on their custom family home, and by age 14 she was actively involved in designing projects with her parents.

While completing her undergraduate degree in Sociology from McMaster University, it seemed like a natural fit for Daniella to attain her Ontario Real Estate License as well. After practicing Real Estate for a long two weeks, Daniella sold her first house- to her brother! And never looked back. In 2014, she took her education to the next lever and completed her Real Estate Brokers License.

Her commitment to her clients, honest and personal approach to real estate transactions have given Daniella an edge in a highly competitive industry – and allowed her to transact over $150M in real estate sales. 

After continuously being a top producing agent for over a decade at one of Canada’s largest Real Estate Brokerages, Daniella felt the next step for her business was to open her own Real Estate Brokerage, where she can combine her creative branding, unparalleled professionalism, integrity and customer service, for an elevated real estate experience. In 2022, Daniella Battaglini Realty Inc. joined Laceby Real Estate Ltd. A boutique family owned brokerage that shared the same values and professional standards as she does.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes,

Daniella volunteers her time at the Welcome Table in Aurora, and is the York Region Coordinator for The Shoebox Project. She currently resides in Aurora with her husband and golden retriever, Louie.
